Vizrt, a leader in real-time graphics and live production for content creators, has made several senior appointments aimed at enhancing customer security, experience, and its channel business.
With significant investments in its IT team’s capabilities, Vizrt is advancing its security measures and introducing improved customer and partner portals. These enhancements aim to elevate the customer experience, on-boarding, communication, and support.
Elie Feghaly, the newly promoted Chief Security Officer, emphasized the importance of customer and partner trust in Vizrt and its products. He stated that Vizrt’s comprehensive approach ensures robust protection across the board, safeguarding both company assets and customer data against evolving cyber threats. Elie oversees cybersecurity efforts, fortifying the security of Vizrt’s on-premises infrastructure, cloud environments, and proprietary software. Petra Tesch, Chief Information Officer, heads the IT team, and both report to Chief Finance Officer Pierre Milet, who joined Vizrt in January 2024 with over 30 years of financial and commercial leadership experience.
Commitment to Sustainability
Vizrt has also appointed Avinash Kumar as its ESG Controller, reflecting its dedication to sustainability compliance. Avinash’s extensive experience and strategic vision will be crucial in integrating sustainable practices, addressing ESG-related concerns, and navigating the regulatory landscape, including compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Michael Hallén, Chief Executive Officer of Vizrt, highlighted that the company’s focus on sustainability is a strategic advantage that benefits customers and partners, ensuring long-term viability and resilience.
Investment in Channel Business
In addition, Vizrt has appointed Paul Shutt as Head of Channel Sales for APAC and Karl Bradford as Head of Channel Sales for America and Canada. Paul, who joined Vizrt in 2011 as a System Engineer, has held several key roles, including Deputy Global Head of Customer Success. He is now tasked with enhancing APAC channel partners’ capabilities to unlock new revenue streams and drive market growth.
Karl Bradford, with over a decade of experience at Apple in channel development, joins Vizrt to develop and maintain strong partner ecosystems in the Americas. His team will gather feedback on products, market trends, training requirements, and commercial opportunities to enable a prosperous channel network.
Marco Kraak, General Manager of Channel Sales at Vizrt, concluded that channel partners are crucial for scalable growth. By democratizing access to Vizrt’s broadcast products and focusing on upskilling and certifying partners with the latest technology, the company ensures that partners can adapt to evolving market demands and deliver what users need.
