Facilis HUB Version 8.3 Features
The soon-to-be-released HUB Version 8.3 will include a new caching technology that supports local data saving to drives or system memory, enhancing connectivity and reducing frame drops over various network types. Other updates include a new remote admin console application and improved Active Directory integration with Kerberos authentication. This version is expected to be available in Summer 2024.
New FLASHPoint Expansion Units
Facilis is introducing FLASHPoint Expansion Units that provide 6GB/s of usable bandwidth. These units enhance the Facilis HUB server with additional storage speed and redundancy.

In collaboration with Seagate Technology, Facilis is offering a nearline and archive solution using the Seagate Exos CORVAULT™ block storage system. This system provides data resilience and a high availability storage solution with capacities up to 2.1PB.
Facilis FLASHPoint 48S Server
The FLASHPoint 48S, a 4U SSD-based server capable of delivering up to 12GB/sec of throughput and available in capacities up to 368TB, is now shipping. This server caters to the most demanding media workflows.
