Intinor Collaborates with Zest Technologies at MPTS in London

Intinor, known for its advanced streaming technology, is partnering with Zest Technologies for the Media Production & Technology Show (MPTS), taking place at Olympia London on May 15-16.

Daniel Lundstedt, a representative from Intinor, highlighted the importance of this event for demonstrating their innovative internet video solutions. Intinor is recognized for its reliability and pioneering contributions to streaming technology, appealing to a broad user base including broadcasters, esports platforms, and streaming networks. The company leverages its proprietary Bifrost transport protocol, which utilizes advanced error correction and retransmission strategies to ensure stable and robust connection. Additionally, Intinor’s technology supports network bonding and true point-to-point delivery, which minimizes latency and does not rely on cloud intermediaries.

New Features and Upgrades

At MPTS, Intinor is introducing redundant SRT streaming to enhance resilience by using dual streams over different providers and paths, incorporating seamless switching with SMPTE ST2022-7 in their Direkt series for easier adoption. The platform now also supports RTP and RTP over SRT standards, allowing for redundancy across different transmission paths.

Furthermore, Intinor will showcase a new implementation of the HEVC/H.265 codec for its Direkt link and Direkt router products, enabling users to improve video quality or maintain current quality at lower bitrates, thereby reducing costs and enhancing stability.

Hardware Innovations

Alongside software upgrades, Intinor is launching a new hardware product, the Direkt link rack 4X, which accommodates four SDI inputs in a compact 1U cabinet, expandable to eight. This new offering incorporates the latest software advancements including the updated HEVC codec and redundant path streaming features.

Invitation to Attendees

Lundstedt encourages attendees to visit their booth to experience firsthand the high-quality results that Intinor’s technology can achieve.
