Marco Kraak assumes the role of General Manager, Global Channel at Vizrt, aiming to expand the channel business and optimize the potential of Vizrt’s diverse portfolio for global channel and distribution partners. His primary focus is on driving growth in the Channel business, empowering partners to effectively market the complete Vizrt portfolio and explore new customer segments. This strategic initiative aligns with the unified Vizrt brand, offering partners a broad spectrum of products and solutions for business expansion and increased customer value.

Daniel Nergård, Chief Revenue Officer for Vizrt, emphasized the significance of the Partner Community in scaling the business and highlighted that their growth directly contributes to Vizrt’s overall success. Kraak brings more than 25 years of executive experience in partner go-to-market strategy and has held senior positions internationally, including at Cisco, where he played a crucial role in developing their Channel business. His most recent position was at SUSE, where he led the Channel remit for APAC, EMEA, and China, overseeing global channel development and introducing key growth initiatives.

Speaking about his new role, Kraak expressed enthusiasm for showcasing the strategic solutions and opportunities available to the Vizrt partner community to help them generate new revenue streams. With a focus on utilizing the large installed base, empowering valued partners, and strengthening market positioning, Kraak aims to enhance Vizrt’s presence in the industry.

As part of Vizrt’s recent consolidation of its single vendor product portfolio, the Channel Business has introduced a certified Partner Program for distributors and resellers. This program enables partners to expand and scale their business by offering a broader product portfolio and strategic benefits, facilitating entry into new customer segments.
