Telycam has announced the release and shipping of its new Explore SE PTZ camera, which features NDI 6 video connectivity technology and FreeD compatibility.
The camera will be prominently displayed at Telycam’s booth, during the 2024 NAB Show.
Partnership and Compatibility Enhancements
The Explore SE PTZ camera has been certified by Brainstorm, showcasing its ability to integrate with virtual studio technologies. This certification promotes broader creative possibilities in video production. Telycam invites NAB Show attendees to the booth to explore these advancements.
Advancements in NDI 6 Technology
Selected for the exclusive NDI 6 beta testing program, Telycam is at the forefront of enhancing camera image quality. The Explore SE PTZ camera includes the NDI Bridge feature, facilitating improvements like 10-bit HDR and WAN connectivity for better image quality and easier integration into IP networks.
Live Demonstrations and Collaborations
At their booth, Telycam, together with Magewell and MVD, will demonstrate the superior image quality and networking capabilities of the Explore SE PTZ camera. This presentation will emphasize the camera’s seamless integration into cloud production environments and its capabilities in remote operation and low-latency transmissions.
Interactive Session with NDI Expert
Telycam and NDI will host an ‘Ask Roberto’ session with Roberto Musso, Technical Director of NDI, on April 16th at 11:00 am. This session offers a chance for direct engagement with an expert to discuss NDI 6 technology and Telycam’s cameras.
AR/VR Integration and Demonstrations
The Explore SE camera’s compatibility with Brainstorm’s AR/VR solutions will also be highlighted. Demonstrations will show how the camera works with the InfinitySet platform for virtual production. Telycam’s V Joy+ keyboard controller will be used to manage these setups.
