Brainstorm to Unveil New Technologies at NAB

At the upcoming NAB Show, Brainstorm is set to present its newest innovations in virtual production, 3D graphics, newsroom operations, and interactive presentations.

The company will occupy a prominent position in the South Lower Hall, where it will conduct a live demonstration to highlight the capabilities of Suite 6 – the latest iteration of its product offerings, including InfinitySet, Aston, and eStudio.

This interactive showcase is designed to display an Elections program, leveraging the cutting-edge virtual production tools of InfinitySet integrated with Unreal Engine 5 and powered by Nvidia RTX 6000 Ada Generation graphics cards. This demonstration is unique for its multi-scene capacity, advanced AR graphics, and the use of a transparent touchscreen for dynamic in-context 3D graphics display, aimed at enhancing show interactivity and presenter engagement.

Collaborative Endeavors and Technical Enhancements

A significant aspect of the main demonstration is Brainstorm’s collaboration with XD Motion, known for their expertise in aerial filming and tracking solutions. This partnership is expected to demonstrate a production that can be entirely managed from a production suite, an invaluable feature in constrained spaces or personnel-limited setups. Additionally, the presentation will introduce the Dual-GPU functionality of InfinitySet, enabling comprehensive control over the production using a single workstation.

InfinitySet 6 is also equipped with SMPTE 2110 support, ensuring compatibility with contemporary broadcast workflows. This release underscores Brainstorm’s commitment to enhancing motion graphics within broadcasts, demonstrated through the Aston platform. Aston is designed to provide designers with sophisticated tools for creating data-driven, AR graphics within immersive virtual settings.

Enhancements in Newsroom and Educational Solutions

The update of Neuron to an HTML5-based platform signifies Brainstorm’s initiative to integrate more flexibly with various newsroom systems like Octopus, Etere, or Snews. Furthermore, the Edison ecosystem’s expansion includes EdisonGO, a new capture solution leveraging iPad technology, and Edison OnDemand, which supports immersive presentation playout via web browsers for corporate and educational applications.

Strategic Partnerships for Expanded Capabilities

Brainstorm’s announcement of new partnerships with industry leaders such as Accuweather, Etere, Snews, Telycam, and XD Motion reflects the company’s strategy to broaden its technological ecosystem and enhance its service offerings across different sectors. These collaborations aim to enrich Brainstorm’s portfolio and offer comprehensive solutions to its clients.
