Clear-Com names Brian Grahn and Ben Turnwell to new roles

Clear-Com has expanded two customer-facing roles as it looks to strengthen engagement across global markets.

The company has named Brian Grahn Market Outreach Manager of the Americas and Ben Turnwell Business Development Manager for EMEA Live. According to Clear-Com, both appointments support closer work with customers, consultants, and partners in changing production and communication environments.

The company says the new roles are designed to connect market needs more directly with sales, product, and workflow discussions. As a result, Clear-Com aims to sharpen both customer relationships and long-term growth efforts.

Clear-Com appoints Brian Grahn in the Americas

Brian Grahn joined Clear-Com in 2022. Now, in his new role, he will lead consultant-focused outreach and technical engagement across more complex markets, including themed entertainment and cruise lines.

Clear-Com says Grahn will work across sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams. In that position, he will support system design discussions, refine market messaging, and help turn real-world workflow needs into future product direction.

Before this move, Grahn served as Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest U.S. In that role, he handled account strategy and also contributed to digital marketing work aimed at stronger customer engagement and partner alignment.

Grahn said he is looking forward to building deeper ties with consultants, improving how Clear-Com presents its story in the market, and supporting communication systems for complex and creative environments.

Kris Koch, Director of Sales for North America at Clear-Com, said Grahn’s background in sales, marketing, and technical workflows makes him a strong fit for the role. Koch added that Grahn understands both how systems work in the field and how to explain their value clearly.

Clear-Com appoints Ben Turnwell for EMEA Live

Clear-Com has also expanded Ben Turnwell’s role in EMEA. In his new position, he will lead business development across the live production sector in the region.

The company says Turnwell will focus on long-term growth and strategic partnerships. In addition, he will work with production companies, venues, promoters, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and support sustainable business development.

Based in the United Kingdom, Turnwell brings more than 10 years of experience in live sound, system design, and technical sales. His background includes touring, theater, and large-scale live productions. It also includes close work with consultants and production teams on complex projects.
