Charlie Cubbon has been named the new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. In July, Jamie Hindhaugh will take over as the Regional CEO for the U.K., U.S., Australia, and the Middle East.

Backgrounds of New Leadership

Charlie Cubbon joins from Warner Bros. Discovery, bringing over two decades of expertise in entertainment, sports, e-commerce, and other sectors. His roles at Warner Bros. Discovery included Vice President-Head of U.K. Finance and Supply Chain, Vice President-Head of Commercial Development for the U.K. & Ireland, and Vice President-Head of Strategic Planning and Operations for the U.K. & Ireland.

Jamie Hindhaugh brings more than 30 years of industry experience to his new role as Regional CEO. Previously, Hindhaugh held significant positions at BT Sport, BBC, and Warner Bros. Discovery, where he is currently the Vice President of Content and Host Broadcast.
