Telos Alliance will introduce Omnia XII at NAB Show 2026 in Las Vegas. The company will show the new flagship FM, HD, and DAB audio processor at Booth C1819.
Telos Alliance says Omnia XII is designed to deliver advanced audio processing, flexible operation, and long-term platform support.
The company positions Omnia XII as the latest top-end processor in the Omnia range. It combines new processing algorithms, a compact 2RU design, and browser-based control tools for broadcast audio workflows.
Omnia XII at NAB Show 2026 with new processing architecture
Telos Alliance says Omnia XII is built on a processing chain that includes a Wideband AGC, five bands of multiband AGCs and compressors, and six bands of multiband limiting. The platform also includes dynamic EQ and bass management tools.
According to the company, these elements feed the new Clemenza FM clipper. Telos Alliance says this is intended to deliver a loud, clean, and musical on-air sound.
Frank Foti, Founder of Omnia Audio and Executive Chairman of the Board, said Omnia processors grew from ideas he developed in the mid-1980s while working at Z-100, WHTZ-FM in New York City. He said that station sound became the foundation of the Omnia line. He added that Omnia XII continues that development and carries the brand’s processing approach forward.
Omnia XII hardware and control options
Omnia XII runs on a 2RU hardware platform. Telos Alliance says the front panel includes a color display and local controls. The rear panel includes a broad set of I/O and connectivity options.
The company also says the processor includes a browser-based HTML5 remote interface. This interface uses Omnia’s QuickTweak system, which adjusts multiple related controls at the same time. As a result, operators can set up and tune the processor more easily.
Telos Alliance says the interface is intended to work for both less experienced users and audio specialists. It provides simpler adjustment tools while still giving advanced users access to full control.
Omnia XII and future workflow support
Telos Alliance says it designed Omnia XII to support future technology changes. The company says the platform provides the flexibility and processing power needed for new features and evolving workflows.

Geoff Steadman, Product Manager, said ideas about modern audio processing have changed in recent years. He said Omnia XII reflects that shift. He also said the processor includes strong computing power, an extendable software architecture, and a wide range of I/O options for current infrastructure requirements.
